Our home has a fully approved rental license provided by the authorities in Florida. Our home is maintained and looked after by a local company that are on hand 24 hours a day.

Should you wish to explore further a field from our tropical oasis, Somerset Villa has the excellent benefit of being situated very close to the beaches of Fort Myers and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva which are around 4 miles away. If you wish to drive a little further, there are a large number of first class shopping and dining options on popular US41 that is also within a short distance of the home.
Stepping through the front entrance, you will be greeted with spacious rooms, soaring high ceilings and comfortable, modern décor. The first living area, we call it our Family Room, is equipped as a games room, featuring a regulation standard pool table, leather sofa and plasma cable TV, DVD player and ipod/MP3/USB docking station to complete the room's entertainment theme. This room leads onto the open plan kitchen complete with breakfast bar and overlooks the dining area, main living room and ultimately, the screened pool area with its' spectacular lake views.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and waste disposal. There is an area which can be used as a workstation with telephone. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.
The living room has comfortable sofas, large plasma cable TV and DVD player. From here you have a lovely view of the pool, deck and lake.
Stepping outside of the family room through the glass sliding doors, guests can enjoy the oversized deck area with sparkling heated pool. There is outdoor seating for 6 so guests can enjoy alfresco dining whilst overlooking the fountain lake. Lushly landscaped grounds to provide a feeling of tranquility surround the screened lanai area.
The master suite has a king sized bed and private bathroom with marble topped twin vanity unit, large walk-in shower cubicle and separate toilet. There is a large walk in closet. High vaulted ceilings and plant shelves add to the space and tranquillity of this room. Through sliding double doors is an adjoining sitting room with a day bed, ideal if you have a young child or the doors can be closed for complete privacy to a self-contained bedroom with its own closet. This fourth bedroom, the second bedroom, which has a queen sized bed, and the twin-bedded third bedroom share the second bathroom, which has a marble topped vanity unit, bath with shower and toilet. The 3 main bedrooms have cable TV.
The home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all rooms. Cable televisions with over 70 channels are provided in the lounge, family room, and the 3 main bedrooms. There is a hairdryer in the master bathroom, sufficient towels (including pool towels), bed linen, cooking utensils, glasses and crockery etc. to cater for all your needs. Telephones are located in the kitchen, and master bedroom.
The large screened pool deck overlooks the lake and has four sun loungers, six chairs and a table. The large, sparkling, free form pool has underwater lighting. The lanai - a covered area that provides shade and protection from the hot sun in the summer - also has a ceiling fan to provide a cooling breeze when seated at the table. There are numerous pool toys for your use and enjoyment.
